Sales Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Channel Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM, End- customers, end users, panel builder, project customer.

Sales Growth: Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve regional revenue targets.

Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, pitch to project clients, and expand our customer base.

Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, product trends, and local market demands.

Order Execution: Coordinate with internal supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and payment collections.

Key Requirements

Experience: 1 to 5+ years of proven B2B or channel sales experience in wires, cables, or the electrical industry.

Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

Travel: Comfort with regular local field travel, branches and site visits.

Education: Bachelors degree or relevant commercial background.
