Job Summary:

The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by combining technical knowledge with exceptional sales skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing technical expertise, and delivering customized solutions to meet their specific needs. This role will involve active engagement with customers, conducting product demonstrations, and working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

• Generating new leads, following sales process, technical discussions, negotiations, closing of deals for capital equipment (Air Compressors), payment recovery.
• Identify customer needs and develop customized solutions based on their requirements, utilizing the company's product portfolio.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and market trends.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and technical documentation to support the sales process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide post-sales technical support, addressing customer concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and promote the company's solutions.

Requirements: Diploma/Engineer/Graduate + MBA

CTC: 3.6 LPA
