SALES ENGINEER

Mahabal Workforce Solutions is hiring Sales Engineers for a leading engineering and industrial equipment organization.

We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented and self-motivated sales professionals with experience in Material Handling Equipment (MHE), Capital Equipment (CAPEX), Industrial Machinery or Automation.

JOB LOCATIONS

Visakhapatnam (Vizag), Andhra Pradesh | Odisha

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Generate leads and develop new industrial customers.
• Promote and sell Material Handling Equipment, Capital Equipment and Industrial Machinery.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
• Visit customers regularly and develop strong business relationships.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, quotations and proposals.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, technical requirements, delivery and after-sales support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and ongoing projects.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and provide regular sales updates.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to territory growth.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

2 - 4 Years

Candidates with experience in B2B / Technical / Industrial Sales will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Capital Equipment / CAPEX Sales
• Good technical understanding of industrial products
• Ability to understand customer requirements and explain technical solutions
• Strong business development and lead-generation skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Customer relationship management
• Good presentation and convincing skills
• Target-oriented approach
• Ability to manage multiple customers and sales opportunities
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, Mechatronics or a related technical field preferred.
• 24 years of relevant experience in industrial / technical / B2B sales.
• Candidates with experience in MHE / CAPEX / Industrial Equipment / Machinery / Automation will be preferred.
• Self-motivated and comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
• Candidates with an existing industrial customer network in the respective territory will have an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

SALARY

2 LPA 8 LPA

Salary will be based on experience, skills and suitability.
