Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The Sales Engineer will engage with industrial customers to Cater Industrial lubricants requirement

• Strong sales and Sales Engineering skills, with the ability to convert technical requirements into practical solutions and commercial opportunities.
• Experience providing Technical Support to industrial customers, including troubleshooting tooling and application issues.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build long-term, trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record in Sales within industrial supplies, tooling, or manufacturing environments.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in metal cutting tools or industrial consumables.
• Comfortable working on-site and visiting customer facilities; valid ability to travel locally as required.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Knowledge of CNC machining, cutting parameters, and production processes will be an advantage.
