Sales Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Job Purpose:

Deliver outstanding sales results of Elmack within assigned geography. Develop wide and deep end customer and reseller relationships in assigned territory. Provide techno-commercial support to end customers & Resellers on product portfolio. Represent the Company in all market creation activities (includes seminars, sales calls, Road shows and training).

2. Primary Responsibilities:

a) Develop, implement, and manage business plan to meet or exceed Quarterly / Annual objectives in assigned geography.

b) Identify, evaluate and develop new Resellers relationships if needed in specific segments or geographies / accounts

c) Provide technical & commercial support to End Customers

d) Develop / execute customer segment / product category specific marketing activities alongside OEM teams

e) Work closely with other cross functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business.

f) Key Account Management within territory

Preferred candidate profile

1. Min. 2 years experienced candidates in a Sales position - similar role / field

2. Frontline / Field Sales Experience in TMI or related Industry

3. Familiarity with CRM systems, Excel and Presentation skills

4. Willingness to travel in the assigned territory is expected.

5. End Customer Connect/Vertical Market Segment Development and Management skills

Location: Chennai / Hosur / Puducherry

Educational Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma - ECE , EEE, Instrumentation , Electronics related.
