Sales Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions through exhibitions, quotations, and proposals.
• Provide technical support to customers during the pre-sales phase by responding to queries and resolving issues.
• Manage customer relationships post-sales by ensuring timely delivery of products, addressing concerns, and following up on payments.
• Assist in generating sales orders by coordinating with internal teams for coordination.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery industry or related field.
• Strong coordination skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in ERP systems for efficient data management.
• Excellent follow-ups skills for effective payment follow-up.
