About this role
Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a driven and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead our technical sales initiatives for high-demand environmental and industrial solutionsincluding Emission Control Systems, Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Industrial IoT (IIoT), and other allied technical products.
You will be the key link between complex technical solutions and commercial success, managing the end-to-end sales cycle from site surveys and technical presentations to closing deals and providing post-sale service support.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Presentations & Client Engagement: Deliver compelling, professional technical presentations and product demos to prospective B2B clients, consultants, and decision-makers.
* Site Surveys & Solution Scoping: Travel to client locations and industrial sites to conduct surveys, understand technical requirements, and help engineer tailored project proposals.
* Relationship Management & Follow-ups: Conduct regular client visits, build long-term trust, and maintain proactive follow-ups to progress leads through the sales pipeline.
* Post-Sale & Service Support: Coordinate ongoing service support, addressing client queries and ensuring customer satisfaction after installation or project handover.
* Market Development: Identify new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and municipal sectors.
