Sales Engineer, Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage sales team to achieve revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and negotiating deals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations) to develop solutions for complex customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge of control valves, pneumatic systems, solenoid valves, pneumatic cylinders, and other related products.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Job Requirements :

• 3-20 years of experience in  Pneumatics Sales
• Strong understanding of control valves, pneumatic system design principles.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building skills.
