Sales Engineer, Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for pneumatic products such as actuators, solenoid valves, and pneumatic cylinders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, marketing) to launch new product lines or promotions.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 5-15 years of experience in industrial automation sales or related field.
• Strong knowledge of actuators, solenoid valves, pneumatic system design principles.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
