About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business across Raigad and nearby industrial areas.
- Build relationships with customers in Steel, Cement, Mining, Construction, OEMs, Power & Manufacturing.
- Sell industrial products such as Bearings, Couplings, Gearboxes, Lubrication & Power Transmission solutions.
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate and close deals.
- Identify maintenance, shutdown, replacement and project opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical/operations teams for order execution and collections.
- Monitor competitors, market trends and new business opportunities.
- Travel across Raigad and Maharashtra as required.
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial B2B sales.
- Experience with engineering/MRO products, Bearings, Gearboxes, Lubrication or similar products.
- Strong industrial customer network.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented and accountable.
