Sales Engineer (Hipurity)

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in the Hi-Purity Water Systems segment through pharma industry events, field visits, and market research.
• Meet with clients to understand project and validation requirements for Purified Water (PW), Water for Injection (WFI), High Purity Water (HPW), RO-EDI, and UPW distribution systems.
• Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals aligned with cGMP and regulatory (USFDA/ASME BPE) requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with plant heads, project engineers, QA managers, and procurement teams at pharma, biotech, and semiconductor companies.
• Track new pharma plant projects and expansions to identify sales opportunities ahead of the market.
• Represent Aquamech Engineering Corporation at pharma exhibitions, conferences, and regulatory events.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline management and follow-up.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Pharmaceutical Engineering.
• 3-8 years of B2B technical sales/business development experience specifically in Hi-Purity Water Systems, pharma utilities, or pharma equipment.
• Sound knowledge of PW, WFI, HPW, RO-EDI, UPW, and distribution systems.
• Familiarity with ASME BPE, cGMP, and USFDA regulatory requirements.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a pharma-focused sales territory independently.
• Existing network within pharma, biotech, or semiconductor industries will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
