Sales Engineer Fresher

Fresher:

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering
Experience: Fresher 0 to 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in promoting and selling construction and heavy equipment.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machines/products.
• Conduct customer visits and support product demonstrations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and prospects.
• Generate leads and support achievement of sales targets.
• Coordinate with Service, Parts and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers and update sales activities in the CRM.

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering from a recognized college.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in Sales & Business Development.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and meet customers.
• Positive attitude, learning agility and target-oriented approach.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, automobiles or heavy equipment will be an advantage.
