Sales Engineer Formwork & Scaffolding

Role & Responsibilities :

• Identify new business opportunities and upcoming Infrastructure, Industrial, Commercial and Residential projects.
• Generate, qualify and follow up on leads and convert them into sales/rental inquiries.
• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable Formwork, Scaffolding and Shoring solutions.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals as per project requirements.
• Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations for clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
• Handle commercial negotiations, pricing discussions and order finalization.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, consultants, developers and channel partners.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Operations and other internal departments for smooth project execution.
• Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, customer database and sales MIS.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory for client meetings and project visits.
