Sales Engineer - Electronic Test & Assembly

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and manage sales for industrial and electronic process materials and equipment including:

• Solder Paste, Flux, EMS & Metal Cleaning Solutions
• Precision Soldering and De-soldering Solutions, SMT Rework Stations
• Precision Manual and Robotic Dispensing Systems

• Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with customers across EMS, Aerospace, and Defence industries.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions from MELSS product portfolio.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.
• 1-10 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in Electronic Manufacturing Materials, Soldering, Dispensing, or Rework Systems.
• The candidate must either have strong technical knowledge of industrial/electronic process equipment OR possess an established customer base in the relevant technical industry (EMS, Aerospace, or Defence).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel for client meetings, product demos, and technical discussions.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in selling Soldering, Cleaning, or Dispensing Solutions for industrial applications.
• Exposure to SMT process lines, rework systems, and automated dispensing setups.
• Strong customer relationship management and networking abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Should be ready to travel to Customer Location.
