Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Employee role based in Delhi, India. The Sales Employee is responsible for meeting prospective customers, understanding their financial protection needs, and recommending suitable life insurance products. Day-to-day activities include generating leads through various channels, conducting sales presentations, explaining policy features and benefits, and supporting customers through the application and onboarding process. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up with existing and potential customers, and working towards individual and team sales targets. The Sales Employee collaborates with colleagues and management to execute sales campaigns, participate in local marketing initiatives, and ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
Qualifications

• Strong customer relationship and communication skills, including the ability to listen actively, explain complex information clearly, and build trust with diverse customers.
• Sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in prospecting, presenting solutions, handling objections, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
• Basic financial literacy and understanding of insurance or related products, with the capacity to learn and apply product knowledge to customer needs.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage time effectively, and stay organized while handling multiple leads, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Proficiency with common digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking systems) to record customer data and report progress.
• Minimum educational qualification: a bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in business, finance, or marketing is an advantage.
• Previous experience in life insurance or financial services sales is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to undergo training and certification as required.
• Ethical and professional conduct, with a commitment to customer-centric service, regulatory compliance, and continuous skill development.
