Purpose:-

To lead the Sales & Marketing function, drive revenue growth, strengthen the hotel's market position, and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Develop and implement Sales & Marketing strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Drive room revenue, RevPAR, F&B and banquet/MICE business.
• Manage key corporate accounts, travel agents, business partners and local market relationships.
• Develop annual sales budgets, forecasts and business plans.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies.
• Lead and motivate the Sales & Marketing team to achieve targets.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management, Operations and Corporate Sales & Marketing teams.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, networking events and industry forums.
• Monitor team performance, training, development and employee engagement.

Requirements: -

• MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in Hotel Sales & Marketing.
• Minimum 34 years of experience as DOS/DOSM/AVP in a luxury or 5-star hotel.
• Strong knowledge of hotel sales, revenue management, MICE and market positioning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership and business development skills.
• Strong commercial and analytical approach.
