10+ years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales
Strong leadership & team-handling experience
Candidate should have an existing sales team and be able to bring the team along
Strong network of Channel Partners, Brokers & Investors
Proven track record of achieving sales targets & driving closures
Strong knowledge of Ghaziabad / Yamuna Expressway/ Noida / Gurgaon real estate market
Excellent communication, negotiation & business development skills
Key Responsibility:
Lead the sales function, build business, drive revenue, manage a high-performing team, and achieve ambitious sales targets.
