Role Summary:
We are seeking a senior sales leader to act as a market maker for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Multi Cloud opportunities in India. The role will create demand, acquire new logos, shape strategic cloud opportunities, build pipeline, and deliver measurable sales growth. The Sales Director will partner with Growth Market leadership to strengthen account planning and establish trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the market maker for OCI and Multi Cloud offerings across India.
Identify, pursue, and add net-new logos in priority market segments.
Support Growth Market leadership in account planning, growth strategy, and opportunity prioritization.
Shape cloud opportunities by aligning client priorities with OCI and Multi Cloud value propositions.
Build and sustain a qualified pipeline across cloud modernization and transformation opportunities.
Lead opportunity conversion from early-stage engagement through commercial closure.
Carry and deliver agreed growth targets and sales numbers.
Bring strong client relationships and lead front-door initiatives with senior business and technology stakeholders.
Champion market-facing events, executive engagements, and demand-generation activities.
Collaborate with relevant internal teams and ecosystem partners to develop differentiated cloud propositions.
