OptiSol Business Solutions is looking for motivated and detail-oriented interns to join as Sales Development Representatives / Market Research Analyst role. This role provides hands-on experience in market research, lead generation, sales development, and AI-powered productivity tools, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance at the end of the internship.

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers, target companies, and business opportunities.
• Generate, research, and qualify leads through online research and outreach.

• Maintain and update lead information accurately using Excel and CRM tools.
• Draft professional emails and business communications.
• Handle written and verbal communication with potential customers.
• Use AI tools to improve research, outreach, and productivity.
  
  

• Only Candidates with undergraduate degree in any stream are preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, including data entry, tracking, and basic reporting.
• Familiarity with AI tools for research and communication is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn sales and market research.
• Self-motivated attitude with good organizational skills.
• Availability to join immediately or within one week.
