Sales Development Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in US-market SaaS sales and outbound lead generation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects, handle objections, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead data and activities in the CRM.
• Work US shifts from the Bangalore office (6 PM3 AM IST, Monday to Friday).

Must have Skills

• 12 years of experience in SDR/BDR or outbound SaaS sales targeting the US market.
• Hands-on experience with cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM tools.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong lead generation, research, and objection-handling skills.

Good to have skills

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing domains.
• Familiarity with ERP, SaaS, or workflow automation solutions.
• Experience selling to operations leaders or enterprise customers.
