Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Make 40-70 outbound calls a day to leads from inbound sign-ups, databases, and campaigns.
• Explain Zockets value clearly and adapt the pitch to each business.
• Qualify leads by need, budget, and decision-maker, and book demos for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects by phone, WhatsApp, and emails for appointments.
• Keep call notes, lead status, and follow-ups updated in the CRM.
• Meet or beat weekly and monthly targets for calls and demos booked.
• Pass customer feedback and common objections to reporting manager.

What Were Looking For

• 2 to 5 years in outbound calling for a technical product - marketing function.
• Excellent spoken English and Hindi; any regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, etc.) is a bonus.
• Confident on the phone, comfortable with rejection, and persistent in follow-ups.
• Strong listening skills.
• Driven by targets.
• Basic comfort with CRMs, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.
• Interest in outbound sales is a plus.
