About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients across different industries.
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and email marketing.
• Make regular cold calls to potential clients and decision-makers.
• Find and connect with Founders, Directors, Marketing Heads and other key decision-makers.
• Create and manage cold email campaigns and follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and qualify potential leads.
• Schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
• Maintain lead data and consistently follow up with prospects.
• Track outreach, leads, calls and meetings generated.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development or lead generation preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Confident and comfortable with cold calling and speaking to decision-makers.
• Good understanding of email marketing and cold email outreach.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting and CRM/lead management tools.
• Strong follow-up, convincing and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive and persistent.
