Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation and support business growth by identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, and scheduling product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in B2B sales targeting US/Canada markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and outbound prospecting
  
• Identify and engage Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
  
• Conduct cold calls and outreach to book meetings and product demos
  
• Deliver initial product demonstrations to prospective clients
  
• Manage and nurture leads throughout the sales pipeline
  
• Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM systems
  
• Execute and track email outreach campaigns
  
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue and meeting targets
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Sales Development / Business Development
  
• Strong experience in Lead Generation and Cold Calling
  
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  
• Experience in conducting product demos or client presentations
  
• Prior experience selling SaaS, Staffing, or Outsourcing services to US/Canada businesses (B2B)
  
• Target-driven mindset with strong discipline and consistency
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Power or Parallel Dialers such as Nooks or Orum
  
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
