Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Enterprise AI SaaS (Field Service)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Enterprise AI SaaS (Field Service) based in United States.

This role is an opportunity to help build enterprise sales pipeline for an AI-powered SaaS platform transforming service operations. You will focus on identifying and engaging decision-makers across Field Service, Customer Service, and Operations organizations. Through strategic outbound prospecting, you will connect enterprise prospects with solutions designed to improve resolution speed, operational efficiency, and customer experiences. You’ll combine research, compelling messaging, and consultative communication to turn target accounts into qualified opportunities. Working closely with Enterprise Sales and Marketing, you will contribute directly to pipeline growth and revenue generation. The environment is fast-paced and growth-oriented, offering significant exposure to enterprise selling, AI technology, and complex customer challenges.

Accountabilities: Drive outbound prospecting across enterprise accounts through cold calling, personalized email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales engagement channels.

Identify, research, and prioritize target organizations and relevant decision-makers within Field Service, Customer Service, and Operations teams.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined ideal customer profiles, business needs, buying intent, and potential fit.

Schedule high-quality discovery meetings and product demonstrations for Enterprise Account Executives.

Develop compelling outreach messaging and effectively communicate the value of AI-powered service resolution solutions to prospective customers.

Build and maintain an accurate sales activity record in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Track outreach activity, engagement, qualification progress, and pipeline contribution against established performance targets.

Partner with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, lead nurturing, and strategies for improving prospect engagement.

Develop a strong understanding of the platform, its AI and GenAI capabilities, competitive positioning, and value proposition.

Consistently meet or exceed targets for qualified meetings, pipeline generation, outreach activity, and conversion.

Contribute insights from prospect conversations to improve targeting, messaging, qualification criteria, and overall go-to-market execution.

Requirements

5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS, AI SaaS, enterprise sales development, or a closely related sales environment.

Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and creating qualified enterprise sales pipeline.

Strong communication, storytelling, discovery, and objection-handling skills, with the ability to engage senior business stakeholders.

Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement platforms to manage prospect activity, opportunities, and follow-up.

Strong research and account-mapping skills, with the ability to identify relevant stakeholders and understand enterprise buying structures.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambitious pipeline and revenue goals.

Experience selling to or engaging Field Service, Customer Support, Operations, or related enterprise functions is strongly preferred.

Exposure to AI, GenAI, enterprise SaaS, or technology-enabled service operations is a plus.

Understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles, stakeholder mapping, and multi-person buying processes is preferred.

Experience targeting U.S. enterprise accounts and engaging prospects through multi-channel outreach is advantageous.

Self-motivated, persistent, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of pipeline-generation outcomes.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
