This is a high-impact individual contributor role suited for a senior SDR or BDR professional who combines deep outbound expertise with a consultative, data-driven approach. You will own prospecting into VP and C-suite decision-makers , build and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns, and contribute directly to pipeline and revenue targets. You will work closely with sales leadership, solutions teams, and marketing with direct visibility to leadership and a clear growth path.

Key Responsibilities: •

Strategic Lead Generation

• Design, execute, and optimise multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) targeting VP and C-suite prospects
• Own ICP segmentation and account prioritisation using firmographic signals, buying intent data, and industry triggers
• Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of qualified leads aligned with revenue targets
• Use data-driven insights to continuously refine outreach tactics and improve conversion rates

Outreach & Messaging

• Craft and test personalised messaging sequences and call scripts tailored to retail and ecommerce buyer personas
• Conduct high-volume, high-quality outreach with a strong emphasis on personalisation and engagement metrics
• Communicate complex technology value propositions in clear, outcome-focused language relevant to retail decision-makers

Cross-Functional Collaboration

•   Align closely with sales, solutions, and marketing teams to drive campaign strategy and close feedback loops
• Ensure seamless lead handoff to Account Executives with full qualification context
• Provide market and prospect insights to refine product positioning and go-to-market strategy

Analytics & Performance

• Track and report on key performance indicators response rates, SQL conversions, pipeline contribution — and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate CRM records and use reporting dashboards to monitor campaign performance
• Evaluate and recommend tools for automation, data enrichment, and prospecting accuracy

Who You Are:

• 10 years of inside sales or SDR/BDR experience with a proven track record in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation in the US market
• Demonstrated experience engaging VP and C-suite decision-makers — you understand the buying environment and speak the language
• Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho), sales engagement tools (Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo, Saleshandy), and prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• Demonstrated success building outbound cadences, A/B testing messaging, and improving lead-to-SQL conversion rates
• Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to convey complex technology value propositions with clarity and confidence
• Highly self-motivated, data-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
