About us
Reinvent Digital is a performance marketing agency that works only with healthcare businesses: multi-location dental chains, eye hospitals, fertility centres and multi-specialty hospitals across India.

The job
You book meetings between our sales lead and the owners or CEOs of healthcare chains. You find the right hospitals and clinics, research them, get past the front desk, and book a meeting with the owner or CEO. Your target is 30-40 attended meetings a month once you're fully trained.

You will call:

• Dental chains with 3 or more branches
• Eye hospitals and fertility centres with 2 or more locations
• Multi-specialty hospitals with 150 or more beds

A meeting only counts if the owner or CEO attends, the business already runs Google or Meta ads, and it works with an agency or an in-house marketing team. We check every meeting.

What you'll do in your first year

• Build a list of 500 target accounts in your first 30 days
• Book 10 meetings in month 1, 20 in month 2, and 30-40 a month after that
• Keep at least 90% of your meetings fully qualified
• Log every call and meeting in our CRM the same day
• Get weekly coaching from our sales lead, who listens to your calls

You are right for this job if you:

• Have booked meetings with business owners or senior decision-makers before, and can show your numbers
• Keep calling after 10 "no"s in a row
• Would rather miss a target than book a bad meeting to hit it
• Speak clear Hindi and English (Telugu is a plus for Hyderabad)
• Use AI tools for research and writing outreach messages
• Change how you work within a week of getting feedback

This job is not for you if you want a desk job without targets, or if you'd be uncomfortable with us speaking to your past managers.

Pay

• Fixed: 50,000 a month
• Monthly bonus: 10,000 when you hit your meeting target and pass the quality check
• Client bonus: 10% of the first month's fee for every client signed from your meetings
• At full output, total pay can reach about 1.35 lakh a month

How we hire
Shortlisted applicants fill in a detailed career history form, then do a phone screen and an in-depth interview with two interviewers. Final candidates will arrange reference calls with their past managers. We make no offer without these calls.
