Sales Development Representative_International B2B Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Identify potential business clients in the USA.
• Research companies and decision-makers using LinkedIn and other online platforms.
• Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
• Introduce Syntopia's services and generate interest from potential clients.
• Schedule meetings with qualified prospects for the senior business team.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain lead and prospect information in CRM or other tools.
• Achieve weekly and monthly outreach and lead-generation targets.
• Work with the team to improve outreach strategies and generate new business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA in Marketing / Sales / Business Development preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with international clients.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn B2B sales and international business development.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Comfortable working with US business hours when required.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email, MS Office/Google Workspace is preferred.
