Sales Development Executive – Australian Market

DTSYS Tech LLP provides dedicated engineering teams and engineering services to renewable energy companies in Australia. We are hiring a sales development executive to find and open conversations with new clients.

Your job is to get the right people into a meeting. You will research companies, run outreach and book qualified meetings for our founder, who leads the sales conversations.

What you will do

- Research and build prospect lists of Australian solar, battery and energy engineering companies

- Run outreach by LinkedIn, email and phone to owners, directors and engineering managers

- Book and confirm qualified meetings, and prepare a short brief on each prospect

- Follow up with prospects after meetings and keep conversations moving

- Keep the CRM accurate and report weekly on outreach, responses and meetings

What we are looking for

- [1–3] years in B2B lead generation, outreach or sales support

- Experience with international clients; Australian market experience is a strong advantage

- Excellent written and spoken English

- Confident on calls and persistent with follow-up

- Comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools and a CRM

- Organised and able to work to monthly targets
