Auto Trade Aviation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an ambitious, confident and well-presented Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team in Gurugram.
POSITION DETAILSPosition: Sales & Business Development Executive
Industry: Luxury Aviation / Aircraft Interiors
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Experience: 0–2 Years
Qualification: BBA / MBA / PGDM – Sales, Marketing or Business Development
Employment: Full-Time
Freshers are welcome! Aviation experience is NOT mandatory. Training will be provided.
WHO CAN APPLYWe are looking for candidates who have:
Recently completed BBA / MBA / PGDM
Strong interest in Sales & Business Development
Excellent English communication skills
Confident and professional personality
Strong presentation & negotiation skills
Good networking and relationship-building abilities
Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in luxury/premium sectors are preferred, especially those who have handled HNI/UHNI or high-value clients.
Experience in Luxury Automobiles, Premium Real Estate, Luxury Hospitality, Private Banking, Premium Retail or Aviation will be an advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Generate new business opportunities in the luxury aviation sector
• Identify and connect with premium clients, aircraft owners and operators
• Develop and maintain HNI/UHNI client relationships
• Conduct client meetings and business presentations
• Generate leads through networking and market research
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
• Manage follow-ups, proposals and negotiations
• Develop long-term client relationships and achieve sales targets
