Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales professional to drive business growth for our Dental Division and manage the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Dentists, Dental Clinics, Hospitals and Dental Institutions.
• Promote and sell Dental Implants, Implant Prosthetics, Dental Consumables, Dental Equipment and Instruments.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and clinical discussions.
• Develop new accounts and expand business within the assigned territory.
• Generate leads and convert potential customers into business.
• Manage distributors/dealers and ensure effective market coverage.
• Provide product information and customer support.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare regular sales reports and maintain customer records.
• 5 years of experience in Dental, Medical Devices, Pharma or Healthcare Sales.
• Experience in Dental Implants / Dental Equipment / Dental Consumables preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good relationship-building skills with dental professionals.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Target-oriented and customer-focused.
