About the Role

Life Clinics is looking for young, smart, energetic and highly sales-oriented Patient Counselors / In-House Sales Counselors who are confident in handling patients and capable of working in a target-driven and sales-pressure environment.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete consultation-to-treatment conversion journey — coordinating with doctors, understanding patient requirements, explaining doctor-recommended treatments, handling objections, following up and closing treatment packages.

This is a sales-focused role, and candidates should be comfortable with daily, monthly and revenue-based sales targets.

Key Responsibilities1. In-House Sales – Primary Responsibility

• Take complete ownership of in-house sales and revenue conversion.
• Convert doctor consultations into appropriate treatment packages.
• Understand patient requirements and identify suitable treatment options based on the doctor's recommendation.
• Explain treatment plans, sessions, packages, pricing and payment options.
• Handle objections and negotiate professionally within company guidelines.
• Close high-value treatment packages.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

2. Patient Counseling

• Welcome and professionally interact with patients.
• Understand their concerns, expectations and requirements.
• Build trust and maintain a positive patient experience.
• Explain the treatment process in simple language.
• Motivate patients to proceed with the treatment recommended by the doctor.
• Maintain professional communication throughout the patient journey.

3. Doctor Coordination

• Coordinate patient consultations with the concerned doctor.
• Understand the doctor's recommended treatment plan.
• Explain the doctor's recommended treatment and package to the patient.
• Ensure that treatment counseling is aligned with the doctor's advice.

The counselor should not independently diagnose or provide medical advice. Medical recommendations must come from the concerned doctor.

4. Treatment Categories

The candidate will be trained to counsel patients for Life Clinics services including:

• Medical Weight Loss / Slimming
• Aesthetic Treatments
• Skin Treatments
• Laser Treatments / Laser Hair Reduction
• Hair Care Treatments
• Hair Transplant – FUE / DHI
• Anti-ageing Treatments
• Other clinic treatments and packages

5. Sales Pressure & Target Management

The candidate must be comfortable working in a high-energy, target-driven sales environment.

Expected to:

• Handle sales pressure positively.
• Work towards aggressive but achievable targets.
• Take ownership of individual revenue performance.
• Follow up consistently with non-converted patients.
• Handle rejection and objections professionally.
• Push for closure without compromising patient trust or ethical counseling.
• Maintain strong conversion ratios and average package value.
• Take responsibility for achieving assigned sales targets.

6. Follow-Up & Conversion

• Follow up with patients who have completed consultations but have not yet started treatment.
• Maintain proper follow-up schedules.
• Understand reasons for non-conversion.
• Re-engage patients and convert pending opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records.
• Track consultation, conversion, package value and follow-up status.

7. Reporting

• Maintain daily sales and conversion reports.
• Update all patient and sales information in the ERP/CRM.
• Track:

• Collections
• Participate in daily sales reviews and performance discussions.
