yoPerks is a QR-based loyalty and rewards platform helping local cafs, salons, and restaurants turn one-time customers into regulars. We're currently running a live pilot in Usha Nagar, Indore, and looking for someone who wants to build a category from the ground up not just execute a playbook.

Role & responsibilities

• Walk into local merchants (cafs, salons, restaurants) and pitch yoPerks directly to owners
• Onboard merchants end-to-end: sign-up, app setup, reward configuration, staff training on the scan flow
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing merchant partners this isn't one-and-done sales, it's account ownership
• Troubleshoot on-ground issues (QR scanning problems, reward config confusion, customer complaints relayed by merchants)
• Track and report daily merchant visits, conversions, and feedback to the founders
• Represent yoPerks at local trader association meetings or merchant clusters as needed

Preferred candidate profile

• Comfortable with door-to-door / field sales this is not a desk job
• Fluent in Hindi and conversational English; local Indore market knowledge is a strong plus
• Basic smartphone and app comfort (you'll be demoing the app daily)
• Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision small team, high ownership
• Two-wheeler and valid license required
