Role Description The Sales Counselor and Associate (BDA) is a full-time, remote role responsible for guiding prospective learners and families through Fantastiqo's educational offerings. Day-to-day tasks include engaging potential customers via phone, email, and online meetings, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable programs. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-up to closing enrollments and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The Sales Counselor will maintain accurate records of interactions, collaborate with internal teams on campaigns and promotions, and work toward meeting or exceeding individual and team targets. This position also requires ongoing support to enrolled learners to uphold high levels of satisfaction and encourage referrals.

• Relevant experience in inside sales, counseling, or business development, preferably in education or e-learning.

• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
