Sales Counsellor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide expert advice on home decor products to customers, ensuring they find the perfect match for their needs and preferences.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication, building trust and loyalty over time.
• Identify new business opportunities by networking within the industry, attending events, and leveraging existing connections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall performance.

Job Requirements :

• 1-8 years of experience in a similar role or related field (e.g., retail sales).
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and ability to apply them effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent counselling skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and provide personalized solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving targets in a competitive sales environment.
