PATIENT COUNSELLOR

clinic is required to undergo a specialized training, devised by a senior team of Drs and surgeons to
recognize and treat over 100 different types of back pain.

The role of the Patient Counsellor focusses of primarily achieving 2 objectives:

1) Counselling and advising patients visiting the clinic for the first time on our treatment approach
and why we are the most recommended treatment option for them keeping their health
priorities in mind.
2) Ensuring a pleasing and seamless patient experience throughout their treatment journey with QI
Spine Clinic.

Detailed Job Responsibilities:

Welcome patients and ensure a comfortable, supportive experience.
Assist in filling consultation forms and capturing patient history and concerns.
Explain diagnosis, treatment plans, and packages in simple, clear language.
Educate patients on procedures, benefits, timelines, outcomes, and pricing.
Guide patients in selecting suitable treatment packages based on doctor recommendations.
Address patient doubts, handle objections, and build trust with empathy.
Drive conversions by counseling patients to enroll in recommended treatment programs.
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals for treatment packages.
Follow up with leads and existing patients to maximize conversions and retention.
Maintain strong patient relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Coordinate with doctors, scheduling, and support teams for seamless patient flow.
Maintain accurate records, counseling reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with finance for billing, invoicing, and discount approvals.

Qualifications & Skills:

HSC/Graduate
Must know Microsoft Excel
Previous experience in patient counseling, customer service, or related roles, with a focus on
grooming
Proven sales experience and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for patient care

Shift Timing: Any shift timing of 8 hours between 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, (should be flexible with the shifts)
