Sales Counsellor

Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer counselling and understand customer requirements effectively.
• Provide appropriate product/service information and guide customers towards suitable solutions.
• Convert counselling interactions into successful sales.
• Achieve individual and team-wise sales targets within defined timelines.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Work closely with the team and management to achieve business objectives.
• Demonstrate strong customer engagement, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Adhere to company processes, quality standards, and performance metrics.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience

• Prior experience in Counselling / Sales Counselling is mandatory.
• Candidates from product-based or service-based companies are preferred.
• Experience in sales campaigns and target-oriented environments is required.
• Candidates should have a proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Language Requirements

English:

• Proficient verbal communication skills with good customer-handling ability.

Kannada & Tamil:

• 7/8 proficiency in both Kannada and Tamil.

Hindi:

• 7/8 proficiency, with strong North Indian Hindi fluency.
