1. SALES / ACADEMIC COUNSELLOR

Experience: 1-4 Years
Openings: 2-4
Shift: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Qualification: Any Graduation
Probation: 2 Months
During Probation: Work From Home
Personal Laptop: Required

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective learners through calls and other communication channels.
• Understand students' career goals and learning requirements.
• Counsel and recommend suitable upskilling programs.
• Sell EdTech and upskilling courses and drive enrolments.
• Handle objections, queries, and follow-ups effectively.
• Maintain and manage the sales pipeline.
• Achieve individual sales and conversion targets.
• Build strong relationships with prospective learners.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in EdTech Sales / Inside Sales / Academic Counselling.
• Prior experience selling upskilling courses, certification programs, or online learning programs preferred.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
• Any graduate can apply.
• Personal laptop and reliable internet connectivity required.

2. OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE / ASSOCIATE

Experience: Freshers & Experienced
Shift: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM
Salary: 10,000 15,000 per month
Qualification: B.Com / BBA / Finance / Commerce Graduation
Personal Laptop: Required

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
• Coordinate with students, mentors, and internal teams.
• Handle learner communication and follow-ups.
• Maintain operational records, reports, and databases.
• Manage documentation and basic data-related activities.
• Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel and MS Office tools.
• Track tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Support internal teams with operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth execution of processes.

Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• B.Com / BBA / Finance / Commerce graduates preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and system knowledge.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Personal laptop and reliable internet connectivity required.

Salary

10,000 – 15,000 per month

Salary will depend on interview performance, skills, and relevant experience.
