Sales Counsellor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide expert advice on home decor products to customers, ensuring they find the perfect match for their needs and preferences.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication, building trust and loyalty over time.
• Identify new business opportunities by networking within the industry, attending events, and leveraging existing connections.
• Collaborate with marketing team to create targeted promotional campaigns that drive sales growth.

Job Requirements :

• 1-8 years of experience in a similar role or related field (e.g., retail sales, customer service).
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, trends, and consumer behavior.
• Excellent counselling skills with ability to provide personalized recommendations to customers.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building and negotiation techniques.
