- The incumbent will be responsible for driving financing solutions under the Purchase of Receivables (POR) business, primarily catering to large corporates and multinational companies through the lease rental discounting model.
- The role involves managing relationships with business partners (assignors), vendors, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless business origination and execution.
- This is an individual contributor position with direct responsibility for business growth and portfolio development.
- The candidate should possess extensive experience in sales, origination, and relationship management within the mid-to-large corporate and MNC segment in India.
- A key responsibility will be identifying and generating new business opportunities through existing and prospective partner ecosystems, vendors, and market networks.
- Self-motivated professional with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, build strategic partnerships, and deliver business objectives.
- Location: Mumbai, with responsibility for developing and managing business relationships with assignors/ leasing companies, NBFCs and vendors under the receivables financing business.
- Desired Profile
- Strong track record in business origination, relationship management, and revenue generation.
- Good understanding of corporate financials, including balance sheets, leverage analysis, cash flows, debt structures, and credit evaluation.
- Well-connected within the banking, NBFC, leasing, and broader financial services ecosystem.
- 15–20 years of relevant experience in banking, NBFCs, leasing companies, or other financial institutions, with exposure to structured financing and corporate lending solutions.
- MBA (Finance/Marketing) preferred
