About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have experience in LV systems and automation solutions and will serve as a critical link between the sales team, engineering, manufacturing plants, procurement, and customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the complete sales cycle, ensuring accurate order processing, coordinating project timelines, tracking panel assembly schedules, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the sales team throughout the order lifecycle.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely execution.
• Liaise with engineering, procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Track panel assembly and manufacturing schedules and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare quotations, sales documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain customer records and sales databases with high accuracy.
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and project milestones.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Support sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and monthly reporting activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Sales Coordination role within the LV, Electrical, or Industrial Automation industry.
• Strong understanding of order management and sales support processes.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience working with ERP systems will be an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
