Job Summary

SOBHA Limited is looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and ensure smooth coordination of sales activities, customer follow-ups, documentation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team for day-to-day sales activities and follow-ups.
• Maintain customer records, leads, site visits, bookings, and sales data.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS and reports.
• Coordinate with CRM, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and other internal teams.
• Follow up with customers and sales team on documentation, payments, and pending activities.
• Update CRM/ERP systems and ensure accuracy of sales information.
• Assist the Sales Manager in tracking targets, pipeline, and overall sales performance.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate with 4 to 5 years of experience in Sales Coordination/Sales Support.
• Real estate experience preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM/ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced sales environment.
