Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator Tendering for our pump manufacturing company at Mahape MIDC, Navi Mumbai.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify government, PSU and private tenders related to pumps and engineering products.
• Handle the complete tendering process, including tender search, document preparation and online submission.
• Review tender documents, technical specifications, BOQ, eligibility criteria and commercial terms.
• Prepare technical bids, commercial bids, quotations, costing sheets and price comparisons.
• Manage online tender submission through government and private e-procurement portals.
• Prepare company profiles, declarations, certificates, EMD, PBG and other supporting documents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Production, Quality, Engineering and Accounts departments.
• Track tender deadlines, amendments, corrigendums and clarification requirements.
• Follow up on tender results, LOI/LOA and purchase orders.
• Maintain proper records of all submitted, ongoing and awarded tenders.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Graduate / Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Commerce or a relevant discipline.
• Experience: 25 years in Tendering, E-Tendering, Bidding or Sales Coordination.
• Practical knowledge of government and PSU tender procedures and e-procurement portals.
• Good knowledge of BOQ, costing, quotations and commercial documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PDF documentation and email communication.
• Good English reading, writing and drafting skills.
• Strong coordination, follow-up and time-management skills.
• Experience in pump manufacturing, mechanical seals, valves or engineering industries will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 3,50,000 4,50,000 per annum (CTC), depending on experience and skills.
