Job Title - Sales Coordinator

Department - Commercial / Sales Support

Reports To - Sales Team/ Management

Employment Type - Full-Time

Working Hours- 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

Qualification - Any graduate +MBA ( B.Tech preferred)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Commercial Coordinator to manage day-to-day commercial communication and coordination within our manufacturing setup. This is a front-line coordination role that bridges our customers with internal teams and engineering, production, accounts and purchase.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who takes ownership of follow-ups and keeps all correspondence and records in order.

Key Responsibilities
-Handle routine commercial correspondence including enquiries, quotations, order confirmations, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.
-Liaise and coordinate effectively with internal departments - Engineering, Production, and Accounts - to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
-Maintain organized and up-to-date records of offers, client communications, purchase orders, and order status.
-Track open enquiries and pending orders; send regular follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
-Support the preparation of commercial documents such as quotations, proforma invoices, and order acknowledgements.
-Maintain a well-structured filing system (digital and/or physical) for all commercial documentation.
-Escalate issues or delays proactively to the relevant department or management.
-Coordinate with transporters/ courier carriers for quotation and dispatches.

- Track project status, make dashboards and conduct regular reviews with internal teams

- Knowledge of export paperwork and export compliance

Qualifications & Skills
- B.Tech + MBA (Mechanical preferably)
-Excellent written and spoken English - this is a primary requirement for the role.
-High ownership and a good common sense.
-Clear and professional communication style for both customer-facing and internal correspondence.
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
-Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Prior experience in a commercial, sales coordination, or customer service role in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred but not mandatory.
