Job Brief: - AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Sales department. This role involves coordinating sales activities, supporting the sales team in achieving targets, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial products and services, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced financial services environment. This position plays a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and contributing to the bank's growth objectives.
Responsibilities :-
- Coordinate daily sales operations and support the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales targets within the financial services sector.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and sales reports to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.
- Facilitate communication between sales representatives, clients, and other internal departments to streamline sales processes and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights to the sales management team.
- Organize and schedule sales meetings, training sessions, and client appointments to optimize team productivity and client engagement.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients by coordinating documentation, compliance checks, and follow-ups in line with banking regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to all internal policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards relevant to financial services sales activities.
