Sales Coordinator

Exp - 6+ Years JD - Job Title: Sales Coordinator Location: Pune, Delhi, Kolkata iSource Services is hiring for one of their client for the position of Sales Coordinator

• Banking Coordination & Escalation Management
• Act as the primary SPOC for bank stakeholders
• Handle and resolve bank escalations within defined timelines
• Ensure compliance with bank documentation and process requirements
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal bank team
• Prepare MIS reports
• Track performance metrics, Escalations, TAT, and closures also Ensure data accuracy in CRM systems

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic dashboards)
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools
• Strong follow-up and multitasking ability
• Ability to work in structured banking environments
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field
