Sales Coordinator

We are urgently looking for experienced Sales coordinators with a good track record of supporting and managing a field sales team.

This is an Office-based, People-facing Role

Primary Responsibilities:

Customer Coordination and Sales Team Support

• Coordinating with the Sales Team, supporting them to increase their sales.
• Sharing daily reports and sales targets to help them for improvement.
• Coordinating with customers to solve their issues.

New Product Information and Schemes

• Inform customers of new products
• Share ongoing schemes and offers with customers.

Payment Compliance

• Reviewing the outstanding invoices of customers and ensuring compliance with payment terms.
• Bringing overdue payments to the attention of sales team and customers.
