Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing comprehensive backend and operational support to the Sales Team. The role requires close monitoring of sales activities, maintaining accurate records, tracking performance against targets, validating expense claims, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments for efficient sales operations. The position demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in reporting tools and sales software systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify adherence to submitted Tour Plan Reports (TPR) on a daily basis.

• Review Daily Sales Reports (DSR) through CRM Software.

• Check daily attendance of Sales Personnel for the assigned territory/region.

• Cross-check daily working in DSR with approved TPR to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Cross-verify sales personnel expense claims against their approved TPR and DSR records.

• Operate Tally software for Sales Order preparation and further processing.

• Track order processing status and coordinate with concerned departments (Accounts, Logistics, Warehouse, etc.) to ensure timely execution.

• Prepare accurate MIS reports, sales analysis reports, and performance dashboards using MS Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ensure maintenance of Sales Achieved vs. Target data and regularly track performance of team.

• Track individual sales performance against assigned targets and initiate timely follow-ups to drive target achievement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to address and resolve sales teamrelated issues in a timely manner.

• Ensure data accuracy, proper documentation, and timely submission of reports to reporting manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA preferred).

Experience: 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination / MIS / Backend Sales Operations.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, data analysis, reporting) and MS PowerPoint.

Experience in Tally will be preferred.

Strong analytical and reporting abilities.

Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and monitoring skills.

Good communication and interdepartmental coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
