Sales Coordinator

Apex Consol India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with day-to-day coordination and customer-related activities. The role involves working closely with the Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Freight Forwarding, and Customs Clearance teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements and overall sales efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team for day-to-day sales activities and follow-ups.
• Manage customer follow-ups through visiting, calls and emails.
• Maintaining strong customer relationships
• Assist in preparing quotations, rate requests, and basic sales documentation.
• Coordinate with internal operations, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and transportation teams for customer requirements.
• Maintain and regularly update customer and sales records.
• Follow up on enquiries and provide timely updates to customers.
• Assist in preparing basic sales reports, presentations, and performance updates.
• Coordinate with existing and potential customers to understand their requirements.
• Ensure timely communication between customers and internal teams.
• Assist in resolving basic customer queries and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn about freight forwarding, customs clearance, consolidation, transportation, and logistics.
• Candidates with a proactive and positive attitude are preferred.

Eligibility

Graduation is compulsory, Freshers are welcome to apply.

Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, logistics, freight forwarding, or a related field can apply.
