Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, customers, and internal departments. This role is key to keeping the sales process organized, efficient, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, proposals, and contracts
• Process sales orders, track order status, and coordinate with logistics or operations
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product or service information
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups for sales representatives
• Assist with pricing, quotations, and invoice preparation
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare summary reports
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer service teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
