Purpose

To provide administrative and sales support to the Sales Team, manage enquiries, coordinate with clients, and support the team in achieving business and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and administrative support to the Sales Team.
• Handle sales enquiries through calls, emails, and messages and ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate with clients, bookers, and corporate accounts for enquiries and follow-ups.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, contracts, presentations, and other sales documents.
• Schedule client meetings and appointments for the Sales Team.
• Maintain records of enquiries, client details, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth handling of client requirements.
• Collect client feedback and communicate concerns to the Sales Manager.
• Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate data.
• Assist in sales meetings, events, conferences, and other sales activities.
• Support the Sales Team in converting enquiries into business.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and provide prompt assistance.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales documentation.
